Welcome to Maple & Marker (“Maple & Marker”, “we”, “us”). Your use of markerlane.com is subject to these Terms of Use.

1. Ownership of Material

All printables, lesson text, clip art, fonts we have licensed, and page design remain the property of Maple & Marker or the parties who licensed them to us. Downloading a file grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to print and use it. Please share the link to a resource rather than the file itself, and do not remove our name or edit a printable for redistribution.

2. Your Use of Maple & Marker

Maple & Marker provides homeschool printables, worksheets, unit plans, and articles about home education. You may download and print our materials for the children you teach, whether that is your own family, a co-op group, or a classroom. You may not sell them, include them in a paid curriculum or membership, upload them to a file-sharing or worksheet-aggregator site, or use the site’s content to train an automated system.

3. Affiliate & Advertising Links

Some links earn a commission and the site displays ads; this funds the free printables and does not influence what we recommend. Details are in our Affiliate Disclosure and Advertising Disclosure.

4. As-Is Basis

Materials are supplied “as is” and are general teaching resources, not educational consulting, accreditation, assessment, or legal advice. Grade labels are approximate. Confirming that your programme meets the homeschool law where you live is your responsibility — see the Disclaimer.

5. What We Are Not Liable For

To the maximum extent permitted, Maple & Marker is not liable for any loss, academic outcome, regulatory difficulty, or injury connected with the use of our materials or with activities carried out alongside them.

6. Links Elsewhere

Where we link to curriculum publishers, suppliers, or other educators, we do not control or endorse them, and any transaction or dispute is between you and that party.

7. Modifications

These Terms may change as new resources are added. We show the effective date above, and your continued use after any change means you accept it.

8. Comments and Submissions

Comments, questions, and lesson ideas you post stay yours, subject to a licence for us to display and moderate them. Please avoid posting personal details about your children. Advertising other resource shops, affiliate links, and solicitation are not allowed in comments, and we may edit, remove, or close discussion as we see fit.
